How long are therapy sessions?Therapy sessions are traditionally 50 minutes in length.

Do you take insurance?Not at this time, but you are welcome to request superbills which you can provide to your insurance provider to see if they will reimburse you for a portion of the cost.

Do you offer sliding scale?Yes! Spots are limited so please request at your earliest convenience.

Do you offer in-person therapy?Not at this time. If this is something you are looking for, please feel welcome to reach out for recommendations for in-person therapists.

Do you provide telephone appointments?Telephone appointments are provided on a case by case basis. Please feel welcome to reach out if you are interested in phone sessions.

Do you provide couples and/or family therapy?This is taken on a case by case basis. Please feel welcome to reach out for more information.

Do you prescribe medications?No, but recommendations can be provided for psychiatrists who do prescribe medication. Please note that medication is not required to participate in therapy services.

Who can I call in a crisis when I need help ASAP?If it is an urgent medical or psychiatric emergency, please dial 911 or go to your local emergency room. For non-emergencies, you can text or dial 988 for the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
