  • How long are therapy sessions?
    Therapy sessions are traditionally 50 minutes in length.
  • Do you take insurance?
    Not at this time, but you are welcome to request superbills which you can provide to your insurance provider to see if they will reimburse you for a portion of the cost.
  • Do you offer sliding scale?
    Yes! Spots are limited so please request at your earliest convenience.
  • Do you offer in-person therapy?
    Not at this time. If this is something you are looking for, please feel welcome to reach out for recommendations for in-person therapists.
  • Do you provide telephone appointments?
    Telephone appointments are provided on a case by case basis. Please feel welcome to reach out if you are interested in phone sessions.
  • Do you provide couples and/or family therapy?
    This is taken on a case by case basis. Please feel welcome to reach out for more information.
  • Do you prescribe medications?
    No, but recommendations can be provided for psychiatrists who do prescribe medication. Please note that medication is not required to participate in therapy services.
  • Who can I call in a crisis when I need help ASAP?
    If it is an urgent medical or psychiatric emergency, please dial 911 or go to your local emergency room. For non-emergencies, you can text or dial 988 for the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
